I like this flatware set from To-Go Ware, made from recycled plastic collected by rag-pickers, which comes with a roll-up carrying envelope made from recycled newspapers ($19.95).  The company also makes retro-cool “tiffin” lunch pails, based on an Indian design, as well as a cute reusable version of the ubiquitous “We Are Happy To Serve You” coffee cups.
